- Initial discussion with pool owner
- Comprehensive inspection of pool barrier
- Explanation of any non-compliances and suggested rectifications
- Minor maintenance issues sorted on-site
- Issue of Certificates and Notice if necessary.
- Re-inspection $80 if required

Why do you need your pool certified?
If you are selling a property in NSW with a pool or spa you will need either a Certificate of Compliance Or a Certificate of Non-compliance to do so.
If you have a lease-hold property in NSW with a pool or spa you require a Certificate of compliance and this must be updated every 3 years
Your pool or spa must be registered on the NSW Swimming Pools Register.
